Common questions
Why won't my apps stay blocked?
CTRL uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) system. Make sure Screen Time is turned on in iOS Settings and that you granted CTRL access when prompted. If a shielded app opened after you paid credits, access lasts 15 minutes before it re-locks automatically.
How do I manage or cancel CTRL Pro?
Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select CTRL. You can change or cancel there. Subscriptions are billed through Apple.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open CTRL, go to the paywall, and tap "Restore." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account used to subscribe.
How do I delete my data?
Your data lives on your device — deleting the app removes it. CTRL has no account and stores no personal profile on our servers. Questions? Email support@thectrlapp.com.
